Web Profiling is a way for Ordering Clinicians (OCs) to update their device information electronically instead of filling in a form and resending it via fax. The Web Profiling method allows OCs to validate and modify existing device information in Actionable Findings, as well as add new device or demographic information.

When web profiling is enabled, OCs will receive a notification (either email or fax) that contains a link to the web profile form and includes a PIN number they must enter. Once they open the web form, they must fill it in and submit it. The link below shows the process that the OCs go through in order to fill out and submit the form.
