Using the Web Form Filter

Once you open an OC directory from the Directory tab, you can use the Web form filter to find and display OC accounts based on their web profiling form status. The filter drop-down list contains the following items:

Approve Request: Displays accounts who have submitted web profiling forms that are waiting for administrator approval. These accounts will have an Approve Report link in the Web Form column of the search results table, allowing the administrator to review, modify (if needed), and approve the web profiling form information.

Resend Web Form: Displays accounts that have approved web profiling forms, allowing the administrator to resend the form to the OC for their records.

Send Web Form: Displays accounts that have not received a web form, or from whom no web profiling form has been received. Administrators can manually send a form to these accounts from this results list. Use this filter if you do not have the Automatically Send Web Forms feature enabled by your system administrator. Accounts in this list will contain a check box in the far left side of the results table. Use the check box to select the accounts to which you want to send the web profiling form.
