PowerConnect Actionable Findings CS Tools is a Web-based application used only by Nuance customer support to manage institutions, facilities, and groups, and to monitor their automated messages 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. CS Tools receives actionable findings messages from reporting providers (radiologists, lab technicians, and so on) who use PowerScribe One, PowerScribe 360 Reporting, PowerScribe for Radiology (or partner-developed applications), and PowerConnect Actionable Findings Desktop to create the messages. PowerConnect Actionable Findings quickly and efficiently routes the message to the appropriate recipients (attending providers, clinical teams, nurse stations, and so on) by way of commonly used communication devices, such as smartphones, cell phones, pagers, email, and fax. It also tracks and documents all actionable findings message communication activities.

Dashboard: Starting point at each login; use to view overall system information, perform software downloads, and other useful tasks.
Message Center: Use to view and manage CTR messages.
Institutions: Use to add institutions, facilities, ordering clinicians, nurses, manage the OC directory, and set up agent teams.
Facilities: Use to add clinical teams, units, and custom notifications.
Administration: Use to manage accounts and account provisioning, OC grammars, notification errors, and VUI errors.
Tools: Use to change your password, search for users, and create and manage maintenance notices.
Groups: Use to set up and manage groups, findings, and lab tests.
System Admin: Use to delete subscribers, request data uploads, and delete test messages; accessible by the System Admin user type.
