This feature allows you to search for a user on the system by entering either part of their name or their email address. This read-only feature allows you to determine whether multiple accounts exist for the same user.
To use the search, click Tools > Search Email/Username and enter all, or part of, either an email address or user name you'd like to locate.
Click Search to see your results.
