You can search for messages in the Message Center using either Message ID or Passcode/Access Code. This feature helps reduce call times and saves physician’s time in locating messages.
The example illustration below shows the Search by Message ID button and the Message Search window that opens, allowing you to select a Message Type (Radiology or Lab) and a Search By field from which you can select either Message ID or Passcode/Access Code.
