Manage Bridge Service

For customers who have a bridge service, you can access the Agents and Manage Error Queue tabs from the CS Tools application by using the Manage Bridge Service window. Stopping/starting windows services and PX2008 (PowerXpress) configuration must be performed from the on-premise server (which requires a login to the Actionable Findings server).

To access, click the Administration tab, select Manage Bridge Service, then select an institution.

The Controller Service Status line in bold font in the upper right of the tabs (available on both tabs) shows the last date and time that the application connected to the bridge server. It also shows the version of the bridge that is installed on the server.

Agents Tab

Under the Agents tab, the Agents Error Count column displays the error message number (other than a zero) as a link. Click the link to view the Error Queue for that specific agent.

You can also perform the following tasks using the icons in the Actions column:

-- Edit agent configurations

-- Stop/start the agents

Manage Error Queue Tab

The Manage Error Queue tab allows you to view errors from all of the installed agents.

You can perform the following tasks using the icons in the Actions column:

-- View the Error Queue Message

-- Archive the Error Queue Message

-- Resubmit the Error Queue Message

You can also archive all the Error Queue Messages using the Archive All Errors button in the bottom right of the window.
