Support Policy

The Support Policy task allows you to view, or edit and save, the customer Support Guideline either for all groups and facilities associated with the institution, or with individual groups and/or facilities within the institution.

When you click the task, you must select a group (or all groups) and then select a facility (or all facilities). Once the window opens, you can view or edit and save the data displayed. A partial example Support Policy window is shown below.
