Manage Application ID Type

Use the Manage Application ID Type task to create additional application IDs and edit existing application IDs. These IDs will appear in the ID Type drop-down list in the MBS -Physician Directory Synchronization link.

From the Actions hyperlink, select the Manage Application ID Type task to open the following dialog box.

Use the following table as a guide when creating or editing an ID type.

NOTE: Field names followed by an asterisk (*) are required.

Field	Description
ID Type*	Enter a name for the ID type.
Description*	Enter a description for the ID type.
System Defined*	Indicates whether the ID type is system defined (Yes) or manually created (No). You cannot edit or delete system defined ID types.
Modified By	Name of the person who entered/modified this ID type. (Read only information; appears after you add or edit an ID type.)
Modified On	Date and time the ID type was added/modified. (Read only information; appears after you add or edit an ID type.)
Actions (icons)	Click to edit the ID type. Click to delete the ID type. Click to save changes (during an edit). Click to cancel changes (during an edit). Click to add the ID type (after entering the required information).
