If you selected the MBS - Message Interface check box for your institution, the MBS - Message Interface task appears in the Actions list. Select this task to open the following dialog box.
Use the following table as a guide when entering the MBS - Message Interface information.
NOTE: Field names followed by an asterisk (*) are required. |

Select the name of the facility from the drop-down list. |
Include Audio File |
Select to include the audio file portion of a message. |
Sending Application Name |
These fields uniquely identify the sending and receiving application name and facility name in the institution’s network. Based on HL7 standards, these are free text fields (maximum of 180 characters) in PowerConnect Actionable Findings. |

Bridge Service Web Service URL |
URL (from the hospital’s network) where AF Bridge is set up.
NOTE: As of the April 2017 release, customers with a Manage Bridge Service integration (PerfectServe or Epic) are no longer required to install those services in the DMZ area of their network. In this type of integration, the MBS retrieves messages rather than having messages pushed by the Actionable Findings application. |

Error Notification Email Addresses |
Enter email addresses for error notification messages (see topic below this table). |
In some cases, PerfectServe will not be able to process an actionable findings message it receives. For example, PerfectServe might now recognize the Ordering Clinician’s ID, or the OC might not be enrolled in the PerfectServe/Actionable Findings integration.
-- When PerfectServe cannot deliver a message, the Message Center displays NF (for Notification Failure) in the Stage column for that message.
-- When you click the Details icon to open the Message Details window, the Status column for that event shows the message Failed: System error occurred while attempting to send notification.
