Use this window to create messages that users can select when forwarding an Actionable Findings message. You can forward a message in both CS Tools (from the Message Details window) and the PowerConnect Actionable Findings Web application.
1. Select a Group to configure.
2. In the PowerConnect Actionable Findings Desktop section, click the Configure Message Forwarding Reasons link.
3. Using the CS Tools: Message Forwarding Reasons -- Webpage Dialog box, enter a Reason Name.
4. Enter a Description.
5. Click Add. The reason appears in the list. All reasons listed are available to the PowerConnect Actionable Findings Desktop users.
